2019 We're Ready

As we get ready for 2019, we would like to thank everyone for the year that was. To all the familiar and new faces that have dropped by RCL, whether as members, mentors, investors, friends meeting friends, client meetings, for an event, or just coming by to see what we’re all about. 

We’re not galloping into 2019 with promises of bigger or better. Instead, RCL will go into 2019 with the same foundation we had when we first opened our doors in 2012, and that was to support Founders on their startup journey. That part of the journey where it’s just you and an idea or you, your co-founder and that idea. The part where it’s damn scary and chances are the only person who believed in the startup was you. 

We don’t claim the hand of success for the many startups that have passed through our doors. Founders are the ones who hold that rightful trophy to success, they are the ones who were brave enough to start the journey, the crazy startup idea that would have passed through and knocked on multiple doors along the way, with some staying in places longer than others. We are proud that we were chosen as one of the many places they stopped in along the way. 

While we have seen more than hundreds of founders pass through our doors since 2012, we are only a handful of a great strong community that has been on the journey with them, and for that, we are grateful and thankful for all the connections and friendships we have made along the way. We are thankful to those we have been able to help and to those who have helped us. 

And so, as 2018 comes to a close, only one word sums up the year for us, “FAST”. It’s been a fast 2018, a fast journey for everyone.  Fast ups,  we felt the highs when milestones were reached and things worth feeling on cloud nine about. Fast downs,  we felt the moments that were hard and sad, but always saw the lesson in the end. 

2019 we’re ready.
