7 August 2014

After recently presenting at the 5th RiverPitch event hosted by River City Labs, Grapple have been invited to The Summit Dublin later this year.

The Summit is a yearly event hosted in Dublin that brings together hundreds of people from around the world to discuss the increasing importance of technology in today’s society. They provide early stage start-up ventures, like Grapple, the opportunity to discuss relevant issues and showcase their products.

Grapple are one of eight Australian startups that will be showcasing their products – which introduces a tech-savvy approach to project management tools and software.

The venture was established in order to provide unqualified project managers with the necessary tools for efficient project planning and documentation. Since its establishment Grapple have developed a number of products and services for project managers which include: a project planning canvas, an automated project planning service, and the ability to approve plans from any device.

Grapple officially launched in 2013 with Co-founders Aaron Hudson and Chris O’Halloran initially funding the project. However RiverPitch, as an invite only event, became the stepping stone for Grapple to further develop their start-up venture by providing the opportunity to meet with potential investors.

As a result, Grapple are currently speaking to investors from the RiverPitch event and are now able to further their project development before presenting at The Summit event in Dublin.

Grapple’s involvement in The Summit this year will prove to be the next big milestone in their start-up venture journey.
