How does the program work?

• Once you have completed the application form and provided your CV and Cover Letter, you will be invited to join an informal interview with the RCL Head of Growth, to ensure you understand how the program works and determine if the Tech/Business Professional Membership will work for you.
• Your profile will be added to either the Tech Professionals or Business Professionals space within the Labs platform, and you will also receive a link to join as a member for $12 p.a.
• Our Emerging Tech Companies will have access to the platform, and can contact you directly for an opportunity and to start their vetting process.
• As a part of your Tech/Business Professional Membership, you will receive invitations to our coffee networking events and community drinks.
• We will also notify you of any vacant roles by posting it on the Labs platform.
• If you are successful in securing a role, please let the Labs team know so we can update our Tech and Business Professionals List.
• We keep applications in our database for 12 months. Post this period, you will be invited to re-subscribe to your membership.
• Invitates to Community events in your nearest Labs location
• Access to the Labs community platform to gorow your network
